Cancellation Policy:

We kindly request a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in the £50 deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure a future booking.

• Same-day cancellations and failure to attend (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
